Mogilev to host nationwide confectionary festival Asalodki 8 September

MOGILEV, 30 August (BelTA) – The nationwide festival Asalodki-2012 will combine the confectionary business with vocal, dance and circus arts. The festival due in Mogilev on 8 September is organized by Belarus’ major confectionery factories, Kommunarka and Spartak, with the support of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee and Mogilev City Council, BelTA learnt from the ideology department of the Mogilev City Council. On this day the confectionaries will organize a fair in the city downtown. In the afternoon, residents and guests of Mogilev will be treated to a concert and family holiday Soufflй. The concert will feature Junior Eurovision and Junior New Wave Song Contests stars: Diana Tsekhanovich, Aleksandra Nekhai, Kristina Svetlichnaya, Yelena Gryaznova, Daniil Kozlov, Lidia Zablotskaya, Kirill Yermakov and many other talented artists. The festival will conclude with a concert “Energy of New Generation”. For many sweet candies are associated with childhood and dreams. Artists from Russia, Belarus and Lithuania will help the guests of the festival get a feel of childhood and childhood dreams. Taking part in the festival will be Alen Hit, Sky Tie band and soloist Egor Volchek, Georgy Koldun, Uzari, Bartas, Lithuania’s entry at the Junior Eurovision, and Grudas (Lithuania), a finalist of the Fabriki Zvezd TV project, Max Savin, Alex Malinowski (Russia), a finalist of the 2012MUZ TV award project, and Russian band “Heroes Ex Volshebniki Dvora”, the leaders of the music charts and holders of the title "Breakthrough of Year 2012”.
