Nalivaiko appointed aide to Belarusian president for Mogilev Oblast
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Sergei Nalivaiko Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus - Inspector for Mogilev Oblast, BelTA has learned.
Until now, Sergei Nalivaiko served as Taxes and Duties Minister. Speaking about his appointment to the new position, Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed that it is time to move on to more active work.
"You will work together with Dmitry Nikolayevich [Krutoi, head of the Belarus President Administration and presidential commissioner for Mogilev Oblast) as authorized persons for Mogilev Oblast. He insisted on your candidacy. I may have seen you a little differently. But I agree with him that you need to break away from this hard office work (as the taxes minister ) and engage in ‘earthly’ work. I think it will also be useful for your future," the head of state said.
Among the tasks facing Sergei Nalivaiko as Aide to the President are, first of all, work with personnel. "Together with the head of the President Administration, you are responsible for the personnel. This does not mean that you will stand in the way of the governor. We need to coordinate things reasonably. But this work is a matter of principle, because personnel decide everything," Aleksandr Lukashenko demanded.
