CIS educational and cultural cooperation foundation postpones events over coronavirus
The CIS Intergovernmental Foundation for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation (IFESCCO) has postponed its events because of coronavirus, BelTA has learned from the press service of the foundation.
“Due to the difficult epidemiological situation the events planned for March with the IFESCCO support are postponed for an indefinite period,” the foundation said.
The ceremonial opening of the program “Shymkent – the CIS Capital of Culture”, the CIS theater festival “Russian Institute of Theater Arts GITIS – Master Class” and the CIS Volunteers educational forum timed to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War have been rescheduled.
“Further decisions on when these events take place will be communicated in due course,” the foundation noted.
